Aluminum dump bodies:

Compare our aluminum boxes and find an incredible difference—weight! We offer one of the lightest aluminum boxes on the market that still manages to stand up to the test of time. Made from quality aluminum our boxes are continuous welded with a strong integral extruded skirt. This extrusion greatly reduces stresses on horizontal welds, reducing cracking and unsightly repairs. Optional liners of either 3/16 or ¼ aluminum or high impact resistant UHMW plastic means years of worry-free service.

Custom fabrication

Our specialty! We have been supplying the custom needs of our customers since Manley began back in 1971. From one-of-a-kind chipper bodies to quantity on-spec design, we can build it! Our expertise goes beyond dump bodies. When we say we work outside the box, we mean it! Industrial handrailing / guarding, liftgates, hitches, and workstations are just a sampling of the many different abilities we have done in the past and we are eager to make for you.

We have CAD!

We have begun a transition that is going to make Manley Fabrication even more versatile. Part of this plan is the use of CAD design for our standard and custom manufacturing. Our plan is to have all our standard units drawn by the end of 2006, and all our proposals to have a concept drawing to aid in clarity and manufacturing by spring. This means more productivity and less customer callback!

Renewed service!

In the near future we will be offering after hours, weekend and emergency services.
